Bluebell Christmas in July

I'm here today with another christmas card, this time using one of my uninked Wild Rose Studio stamps. This one is called 'Bluebell behind presents' which I coloured with Promarkers and added a touch of Stickles on the robins hats. The spotty paper is one of my loose sheets and the others are leftover snippets so not sure where they are from. From a snippet of glitter card I die cut a star and punched some tiny snowflakes (they don't show up too well on the photo but I think you can just about see them) Finally I added some pearls from my stash.

and here's a close up ahowing the 3 snowflakes haven't melted away! I just couldn't get them to show up properly on the top photo

I shall enter this in the following challenges ~

Fairy Magic

Hi everyone, here I am back with another card I made this afternoon.

Again I used one of my many LOTV toppers and this time teamed it up with LOTV papers and a LOTV sentiment stamp. I used a pearlescent card base and the doiley is a Marianne die cut from the same colour pearlescent card (a snippet I saved from an old card that didn't work). The lace, ribbon and pearls are all from my stash.

I shall enter this in the following challenges
Lili of the Valley Monthly challenge 'take two' (3rd entry)
Creative Inspirations challenge 'favourite occasion' (3rd entry)
Pixie's Snippets Playground challenge 'use snippets' (2nd entry)

Lili of the Valley 'Thank You'

Happy Monday to you all and what a glorious day it is too.

I managed to have a bit of crafty time last night to make a card using yet another of my LOTV toppers (I didn't realise just how many of these I'd bought!!). This image of the adorable little mice is brilliant for a CAS quick make as it doesn't really need much in the way of embellishments and is perfect for a 'thank you' card. The paper is also from LOTV and the sentiment, pearls and ribbon (my last little snippet of this colour) are all from my stash.

I shall enter this in the following challenges
The Ribbon Girl challenge 'Lovely Lili + thenk you'
Lili of the Valley Monthly challenge 'Take two' (2nd entry)
As You Like it challenge 'Do you prefer animals or people' (3rd entry)

Love Me Do

Hello everyone, hope you're having a fabulous weekend. I'm loving this gorgous summer weather we're having but must admit I really had to force myself to do some crafting.

I decided to make a wedding card for a change and I've used one of the Wee Stamp toppers from the Hobby House - but you can also get this as a digi image called 'love me do' here. The paper is from Bearly Mine Designs and I used a Marianne die and a magazine freebie die for the flower. I finished it off by adding a pearl and a sentiment from my stash.

I shall enter this in the following challenges
Craft-Room challenge 'wedding / anniversay'
Bearly Mine challenge 'let's go digital'
Crafty Catz challenge 'flowers'

Hopefully I'll get myself motivated to make another card tomorrow. I'm still trying to get to the 100 cards for charity, but with this lovely sunshine I may just end up playing outside instead.

House Mouse Picnic

Hi everyone, I'm back again with another card I managed to get finished. For this one I used a decoupage sheet from the House Mouse 'spring is mice' collection. I love this image of the little mice enjoying a summer picnic - they look so adorably cute. The paper is one of my loose sheets (free with a magazine) and I added a few Hunkydory flowers from a die-cut sheet. The peel-off sentiment was placed on a QuicKutz die-cut shape and I added a bow tied from some of The Ribbon Girl baker's divine twine (cotton candy pink & lemon yellow)

I shall enter this in the following challenges
The Ribbon Girl challenge 'summer'
Cute Card Thursday challenge 'pretty papers'
Creative Inspirations challenge 'favourite occasions' (2nd entry)

Also a reminder that there's still time to join in with the House Mouse and Guests Monday 'anything goes' challenge

Okay that's all from me for today. Thanks for taking the time to pop by  - I really appreciate it.

Hanging Around with LOTV

Hi everyone, hope you'e enjoying gorgous weather where you are. It's lovely here and the forecast is for more of the same right through the weekend.

For this boys birthday card I used a LOTV topper and some snippets of paper and card. The sentiment is a LOTV magazine freebie which I cut with a Marianne Creatables die and the fence is a Dienamics die.
Another quick easy make for the charity fundraising pile.

IndigoBlu Tags

The weather here is cooler and cloudy with the threat of rain and my lovely hubby is painting the bedroom - so what else am I to do but play! As everything from the bedroom has been moved into the room where all my crafty stuff is kept I could only get to my inks and stamps which meant some quick tag makes.

I've used Marianne Creatables LR0154 die to cut the tags and stencilled them with Memento inks and Spellbinders Impressabilities as a mask. The butterfly and sentiment stamps are IndigoBlu which were a super free gift with a magazine. I'll have to add some string or ribbon for tying at a later date (when I can get into my craft cupboard). Must admit they do look a lot nicer IRL than in the photo

I shall enter this in the following challenges
IndigoBlu challenge 'tag you're it'
Butterfly challenge 'one layer'
My Craft Creations challenge 'anything goes'
Penny Black and More challenge 'dies and punches'
Country View Crafts challenge 'stencil it'

Thanks for popping by and I hope you have a great week

Another LOTV Christmas Topper

Good evening to you all, I hope you've had a good weekend. I've spent the afternoon on the edge of my seat watching the mens Wimbledon final - what a fantastic match and brilliant tennis from both players.

But on to my card which is made using another from my pile of LOTV christmas toppers. The papers are Kaisercraft 'christmas collection', the sentiment is from my stash and I used a QuicKutz die to cut the stars from snippets of glitter card.

This is card number 75 for the charity fundraising box. I'm trying to motivate myself to get up to 100 before they are collected in the next week or so - but somehow I don't think I will make it !!

I shall enter this in the following challenges
Papertake Weekly challenge 'anything goes + option of christmas' (my 3rd entry)
Cute Card Thursday challenge 'reach for the stars'
Winter Wonderland challenge 'spots and stripes'

Happy Birthday + 1 day Darnell

For those of you who haven't met her yet I'd like to introduce you to Darnell. I was one the very lucky winners of her NBUS challenge where she challenged us to use our 'Never Before Used Schtuff'.

It was her birthday party yesterday hosted by Ardyth and Bev and I missed it, but I'm heading along there now to drop off a card and see if there are a few crumbs of birthday cake left.
