Threefer

Hi everyone and thanks for popping by today. I know I've been missing for a while but it was due to all this fabulous sunshine we've been having as well as getting to grips with my new laptop and getting on with all of those boring jobs that just can't be put off any longer. Mojo also decided to do a complete disappearing act and I did start wondering whether or not I wanted to carry on with blogging as I feel like I've been chasing my tail the last few months..... but I've decided to carry on for a while longer as my Dad's house will finally be someone else's at the end of the month and then maybe I'll feel more motivated.

In the meantime I've started another (more serious) clean out of my crafty stash and in the process put together this threefer to join in with a few challenges - and to be quite honest there is only one of these cards I enjoyed making.

First is a birthday card using a Mo Manning image coloured with Promarkers, a LOTV sentiment and papers, ribbon and gems from my stash.

I shall enter this in the following challenges

Allsorts 'happy birthday'

Passion for Promarkers 'birthday creations'

Cupcake Inspirations 'pastels'

Addicted to Stamps 'ribbons galore'

Let's Craft and Create 'anything goes + option lace, ribbon, twine

Second uses an NBUS Woodware stamp coloured with Promarkers. I know this stamp looks much better when it is paper pieced but to be quite honest I just couldn't be bothered so I just added a TH die-cut foam snowflake,

I shall enter this in the following challenges

Country View 'be humourous'

Penny Black and More 'anything goes'

Rudolph Days 'May challenge'

And finally my threefer snippets make which is 5x5 inch and uses only leftover card and stuff from my stash (which has now been reduced in size and fits neatly in labelled boxes). This is the only card I really enjoyed making and I'm popping it in my satchel and skipping over to see Miss Di, Parsnip and the Playmates over at Pixie's Snippets Playground

and here's a glimpse of the inside

Thanks for your visit and continued support and I hope 'normal service will be resumed as soon as possible' Until then I hope you all have a wonderful crafty weekend and hopefully some wonderful weather for the Bank Holiday,

Oh no Andrea, that's not what I want to read at all as I for one would so miss vising you (even if I am a bad one sometimes). All three of these are lovely, the first is adorable, the Christmas one so bright and cheery but the last really has to be my favourite, such a unique design.

Many thanks for joining in at Allsorts and Penny Black and More challenges.

We are off on holiday tomorrow but hope you are back creating and blogging with a returned mojo when we get back in two weeks.

Hi Andrea,
Happy Rudolf Days.
oh my your threefer cards look amazing and such very wonderful designs too.
So glad you are carrying on blogging for a while.
I quite understand that life is more important than blogging, and I quite often have a rest now as with my health probs it takes me so long to do things.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

I think they are all fabulous Andrea, the first happens to be my favourite...I am a sucker for a cutie!! Please reconsider, there are times when I just struggle with everything that life throws at me and crafting is the last thing on my mind, but once I sit down with my Promarkers, I am always glad that I did xx

Lovely to see you back with us Andrea and with three wonderful cards. I adore the anniversary card and I’ll definitely be using that style in future, it’s so beautifully CAS, and very elegant too. Love your Christmas card too. That’s a great stamp if you’ve got a few cards to make and I really like the bold print. Wishing you a happy weekend x

Your trio of cards looks great but as I have my official hat on, I will focus on your Rudolph Days entry.
I agree that the woodware stamps lend to paper piecing, but I do not think that always have to be done that way. Your card looks great coloured and the beauty of the stamp is front and center!

Thanks for taking part in the May Rudolph Days Challenge.
