Pink Cutie

Afternoon all and thanks for popping by.

Mojo is still playing hide and seek but I have managed to put together a card using a lovely digi from Mo Manning called Amanita and coloured with my usual Promarkers. The papers are from Dovecraft and I used QuicKutz dies to cut the image and card for matting, an Xcut die to cut the stamped LOTV sentiment and a Die-namics die to cut the number 3. Then I addded some ribbon, flowers and gems to finish.

I made this for the following challenges

In The Pink 'fantasy'

Allsorts 'name and/or number'

Noor! Design 'anything goes'

As You Like It 'what's your favourite embellishment and why'
That's pretty easy for me and it has to be gems or pearls as most of my cards end up with them. They come in so many colours and sizes and you can add them to all types of cards - fussy, CAS, female, male, mixed media and so on - and they just add that little bit of detail to finish things off.

Well the forecast for the next couple of days is dry and sunny so I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I'm halfway through getting all the curtains down and washed before the summer disappears completely. Hope you have a fun week whatever you have planned.

This is such a lovely card Andrea and her little red hat looks so sweet :) I really like how you've used lots of gentle pinks and then the red just pops off of the page. Gorgeous image and background too. Crafty hugs, Sandra x

She sure is a cutie and your colouring is ace. (No problems with mojo there). Like your design of the papers on the scalloped card. I have loads of these bought cheap from a show and hardly ever use them. Must try to remember . Hugs Mrs A.
