This is my very first set of Uniko stamps (called Gerbera) and it was really lovely to ink up and colour them with my usual Promarkers. I stamped straight onto the card blank and then again onto another smaller piece of card. To do this and get the stamps to line up I first stamped the base, then I put a cello bag over it and placed the smaller card where I wanted it to go on top, then lined up with the first image and stamped again - I used a cello bag as that was the nearest clear thing to hand but vellum or acetate would do as well. After colouring the image I matted it onto silver mirri-card and then stuck it to the base card, being careful to line up the flowers. The sentiment is a Clearly Besotted stamp which I also matted onto a bit of mirri-card. Looking at the card now I think it may need a couple of pearls added to finish it off.

What a beautiful card. I love those gerberas you stamped, and am so jealous, as I have no Uniko flowers myself (yet). Love your bold red coloring. I am impressed at your ingenuity as to lining up your stamped image, which you did perfectly. I will give you a hint about how to cheat...how I made my card. Stamp once, cut out your middle section, color, pop the middle right back in, raised with foam tape or a couple of card stock layers.
