Butterfly and Blossoms

Hi everyone, hope you're all okay and well 'choccie filled' after the long weekend. I've been having a play with some of my Memory Box dies - fresh foliage, fancy blossoms, fabulous phlox and baptisia collage. The flowers and foliage were given a good coating of Tattered Angels glimmer glaze and the baptisia collage was used on a snippet I had left over from a 12 inch paper. I used a 5 inch square base card and a butterfly and gems from my stash to finish.

I shall enter this in the following challenges

Butterfly challenge 'butterfly and M for margins and mint'

Memory Box challenge 'blossoms and bunnies'

Allsorts challenge 'wings' (2nd entry)

Thanks for your visit and for taking the time to leave a comment. I really do appreciate it.

  5. Oh my word! This really is stunning Carole. LOVE it so much - and the baptisia die cut is just gorgeous. That set of corner cut dies is fabulous - and could well be on my Desert Island Discs list. I should keep mine out on the desk and try to play with them as much as possible. So versatile - and your composition of this card is spot on!

  21. Yummy dies, and how perfectly you've used them on this lovely card. the inset cutout is so delicate, looks wonderful with the spray of the floral bouquet. Like the way you've had the foliage placed to draw the eye upwards from the pretty flowers. Just a very elegant, beautifully designed card, and perfect for Butterfly margins! TFS
