60th Birthday

Hi everyone. Firstly apologies again for not having been to visit for the past few days but life really does have an annoying habit of getting in the way of blogging.

This is a card I made for a 60th birthday using an image from a LOTV artpad, Hunkydory flowers, silver peel-offs and some gems. The plain paper is LOTV and the spotted paper is one of my snippets (probably a magazine freebie).

I shall enter this in the following challenges

Country View challenge 'numbers'

Creative Inspirations challenge 'your favourite occasion' - it has to be Birthdays

Papertake Weekly challenge 'animal magic'

Pixie's Snippets Playground challenge 'use snippets'

Thanks for popping by and for taking the time to leave such lovely comments

Yes, life does tend to do that at times Andrea, we can only do so much.

The soft lilac colours of today's card are very pleasing on the eye as is the very seeet image.

Very pretty. I always love the LOTV artpad images. They make great cards. You are lucky to have such a pretty selection over there.
We get the very rare offering here. Locally I have managed to get the Xmas artpads...such fun!
