Afternoon Tea in the Garden

Definitely not the weather for that today, and this is just a quick post while play (Wimbledon) has been suspended due to the rain.

This is a very quick and easy make using oval nesting dies to cut the LOTV art pad image and also the centre from a piece of white linen card. I trimmed the corners with a corner punch and used sticky pads to attach the linen card and image to the base card which I'd also corner punched. The flowers are from a Hunkydory die-cut sheet, the butterflies were cut with a recent challenge win from All Occasion Dies and the gems are from my stash. I added a gold peel-off sentiment to finish.

I'm not sure why but it was hard to photo and doesn't show the linen effect on the white card

just adding another photo from a different angle

I shall enter this in the following challenges

Butterfly challenge 'butterflies + G is for gems'
Allsorts challenge 'how does your garden grow'
Mod Squad challenge 'fast & easy'
Papertake Weekly challenge 'anything goes'
Natalie and Amy's challenge 'summertime'
The Divas That Cut challenge 'summer & patriotism'
